Recalibrations occur every 60 days. Your device will begin a count down 7 days before this is due. DO NOT miss this date or you will not be able to start your vehicle. In this instance, you would be required to have your vehicle towed to our service center to complete the recalibration. 

Recalibrations due not require an appointment. 

They are done on a walk-in basis from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday- Friday.

We are located at 1120 Arthur St in Eugene, OR 

(One block west of Garfield, between 11th & 12th St)

Assuming you do not have any account issues and do not have to call Intoxalock, the process takes approximately 15 minutes. We complete a brief inspection of your vehicle, download log files and reset your handheld device. Your vehicle must be in operating condition and must be present at the time of the recalibration. The cost is $35.
